Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1. The promoter of this prize draw is Kelvelec Electrical Supplies Ltd (“Kelvelec”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

2. Eligibility
2.1. The prize draw is open to UK wholesale customers of Kelvelec Electrical Supplies Ltd who are aged 18 or over.
2.2. The promotion is intended for Kelvelec’s wholesale trade customers only and is not open to members of the general public.
2.3. Employees of Kelvelec Electrical Supplies Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone directly involved in the administration of the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.4. Kelvelec reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant before awarding the prize.
3. Promotional Period
3.1. The promotion opens at 00:00 on 1 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 October 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
3.2. Only qualifying purchases placed with and accepted by Kelvelec during the Promotional Period will generate entries.
3.3. Purchases made before or after the Promotional Period will not qualify.
4. How to Enter
4.1. Eligible wholesale customers will automatically receive entries into the prize draw when purchasing qualifying Ohme products from Kelvelec during the Promotional Period.
4.2. The qualifying products are:
OHME0002GB002 – Ohme Home Pro 5m
OHME0002GB002-8M – Ohme Home Pro 8m
OHMEX1GB003-BL Ohme ePod
4.3. Each qualifying unit purchased provides one entry into the prize draw.
For example:
1 qualifying unit purchased = 1 entry
10 qualifying units purchased = 10 entries
50 qualifying units purchased = 50 entries
4.4. Entries will be recorded against the Kelvelec wholesale customer account through which the qualifying purchase was made.
4.5. There is no separate charge to enter the prize draw. Qualifying products will be supplied in the ordinary course of Kelvelec’s business at the applicable commercial price.
4.6. There is no maximum number of entries, provided all entries arise from genuine qualifying purchases made during the Promotional Period.
4.7. Cancelled orders, returned products, refunded products or purchases which are otherwise not completed will not qualify. Any entries associated with those units may be removed from the draw.
4.8. Entries are not transferable between wholesale customer accounts.
5. The Prize
5.1. There is one prize available.
5.2. The winner will receive:
1 × Ohme ePod EV charger.
5.3. Unless expressly confirmed otherwise by Kelvelec, the prize consists of the Ohme ePod hardware only.
5.4. Installation, electrical works, accessories and any other costs associated with installing or using the prize are not included.
5.5. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.6. If circumstances outside Kelvelec’s reasonable control make it necessary, Kelvelec reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative product of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. Following the close of the Promotional Period, all valid entries will be included in the prize draw.
6.2. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
6.3. The winner will be selected using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person.
6.4. Kelvelec will retain appropriate records demonstrating how the winning entry was selected.
7. Winner Notification
7.1. The winner will be contacted using the contact details held against their Kelvelec wholesale customer account.
7.2. Kelvelec will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner following the draw.
7.3. The winner may be required to provide information reasonably requested by Kelvelec to verify their eligibility.
7.4. The winner must respond within 14 days of Kelvelec’s initial notification.
7.5. If the winner:
cannot be contacted;
does not respond within 14 days;
is found to be ineligible; or
has otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions,
Kelvelec reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
8. Delivery of the Prize
8.1. Kelvelec will arrange delivery or collection of the prize directly with the winner once their eligibility has been confirmed.
8.2. Kelvelec will aim to provide the prize within 30 days of the winner accepting the prize, unless circumstances outside Kelvelec’s reasonable control prevent this.
9. Winner Information and Publicity
9.1. Kelvelec may make available information confirming that a valid prize has been awarded where required under applicable promotional marketing rules.
9.2. Kelvelec may ask the winning business for permission to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the promotion, including social media or marketing content.
9.3. Participation in additional publicity is not a condition of receiving the prize unless otherwise agreed with the winner.
10. Data Protection
10.1. Personal information processed in connection with the promotion will be used for the purposes of:
administering the prize draw;
recording and verifying entries;
contacting the winner;
confirming eligibility; and
arranging fulfilment of the prize.
10.2. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Kelvelec’s privacy policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
10.3. Participation in the promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
11. Fair Participation
11.1. Entries must arise from genuine qualifying commercial transactions.
11.2. Kelvelec reserves the right to disqualify entries which it reasonably believes:
are fraudulent;
have been manipulated;
arise from artificial or sham transactions;
have been created to abuse the promotion; or
otherwise breach these Terms & Conditions.
11.3. Kelvelec may request reasonable evidence to verify any qualifying transaction.
12. Changes or Cancellation
12.1. Kelvelec reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
12.2. Kelvelec will seek to avoid making any change which unfairly disadvantages customers who have already validly participated in the promotion.
13. Liability
13.1. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13.2. Subject to clause 13.1, Kelvelec will not be responsible for any loss resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control in connection with the administration of the promotion.
13.3. Kelvelec is not responsible for the installation of the prize unless installation is separately agreed in writing.
14. General
14.1. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
14.2. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
14.3. These Terms & Conditions and the promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14.4. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising from the promotion, subject to any mandatory legal rights which may apply.
